Dear Pemberton Families and Community,

It is my privilege to welcome you to Pemberton Elementary School, where every child’s growth and success are at the heart of all we do. As Principal, I am honored to partner with our dedicated staff, families, and community to create a learning environment where children thrive academically, socially, physically, and emotionally.

At Pemberton, we proudly align our work with Henrico County Public Schools’ Journey to 2030 initiative, which calls us to deliver on the promise of equity, opportunity, and innovation for every student. Our vision is to ensure that each child not only achieves academic excellence, but also develops the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to reach their fullest potential in all areas of life.

We believe that children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and inspired. That is why we strive to nurture the whole child—encouraging curiosity, celebrating diversity, and fostering strong connections between school and home. Together, we are building a foundation that will prepare our students not just for success in school, but for success in life.
